Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze investment opportunities, including NPV calculations and ROI projections.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential deals, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare business cases for recent projects.

- Provide commercial analysis support to the Business Development Manager by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

- Assist in developing cash flow forecasts, valuations, and IRR calculations for hotel development proposals.

Job Requirements :

- 7-20 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry or related field (e.g., asset management analyst).

- Strong background in financial modeling using Excel or other tools; ability to create complex models from scratch.

- Experience with commercial analyst activities such as market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
