We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Data Analyst who can transform data into actionable insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, business understanding, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business operations
- Develop dashboards, reports, and MIS using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to help improve business performance
- Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions
- Monitor KPIs and generate regular performance reports
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
- Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations




- Collaborate with technical teams for data extraction and automation
- Perform ad-hoc analysis based on business needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Excel (Advanced), SQL, and data analysis techniques
- Experience with Power BI / Tableau or similar visualization tools
- Good understanding of business processes and data interpretation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
