Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Consultant role based in Ghaziabad.

The Business

Consultant will analyze business performance, market trends, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth in the pet products segment. This role involves developing and recommending strategies for sales, distribution, pricing, and product positioning, and collaborating with internal teams to implement improvements in processes and operations.

Consultant will work closely with management, retailers,



and distributors to understand their needs, provide insights, and support decision-making. Daily activities include preparing reports and presentations, conducting business reviews, supporting financial planning, and ensuring alignment with the company’s quality and customer satisfaction objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess market trends, and evaluate business performance.
- Proficiency in Consulting and Management Consulting to design and implement business solutions and operational improvements.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, retailers, and distributors.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or pet products industry is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage multiple projects, and deliver within deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools; familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is beneficial.
