We are looking for analytical, execution-focused professionals to work directly with business owners, improve operational performance, manage implementation projects, track KPIs and ensure measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse client operations and identify improvement opportunities.
- Create and execute implementation plans.
- Track KPIs, project milestones and action items.
- Maintain MIS, reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and conduct review meetings.
- Drive participant engagement and follow-ups.
- Recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate (mandatory).
- MBA preferred.
- CA Inter/IPCC passed preferred.
- Chartered Accountant preferred for Senior Operations Consultant.




- Operations Consultant: 0–2 years' experience (exceptional freshers may apply).
- Senior Operations Consultant: 3–6 years' experience in Operations, Consulting, Project Management or Training Industry.
