Position: Business Consultant/Transition Manager – Non-IT Transition

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

What We're Looking For

6–10+ years of experience in Transition Management, Business Transformation, Project Management within a Non-IT setting.

Proven experience managing

- Business Process Transitions & Change management
- Right-shoring / Offshoring Programs
- Knowledge Transfer & Process Migration
- Stakeholder Management across global regions

Preferred Qualifications

- Should be a Graduate.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent Project Management certification
- Experience in Insurance Operations, Financial Services, Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS) environments will be a plus.
