About the Role

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and business discussions with decision-makers.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on business needs.

· Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closure.

· Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.

· Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, RAG,



SaaS Sales, Fin-tech Sales, or Account Management.

· Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

· Experience in Fintech, SaaS, RegTech, Banking, or Technology Sales will be preferred.
