Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven candidates to join us as Intern Business Associate.

This role is designed for freshers who want hands-on exposure to IT sales and business development. During the internship, candidates will be trained on IT infrastructure solutions, client interaction, and B2B sales processes. Based on performance, interns will be confirmed as Business Associate after the internship period.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and support sales of IT hardware and software solutions including servers, networking, cloud services, collaboration tools, and managed services
- Assist in lead generation through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Support senior sales team in managing leads and client follow-ups
- Prepare basic quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and lead tracking




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations
- Support management with sales-related tasks and reporting

Required Skills & Attributes

- Strong interest in business development and IT sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn cold calling and B2B sales processes
- Basic understanding of IT / technology concepts (preferred)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office workplace

Experience

- Freshers are welcome
- Any internship or prior exposure to IT sales / B2B sales will be an added advantage

Education

- MBA / BCA / BE / BTech / Any relevant graduate degree
