About the Role We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, working with stakeholders, and contributing to software development projects.

As a Business Analyst Trainee, you will work closely with clients, project managers, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and help translate business needs into clear technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and document business and client requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering through discussions, meetings, and research.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are properly understood.
- Participate in client meetings and requirement clarification sessions.
- Create and maintain project documentation.




- Assist in preparing functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Track requirements, changes, and project updates.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help validate developed features against requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Learn and apply Agile/Scrum methodologies in real-world projects.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of business processes and requirement analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SDLC and Software Development Life Cycle.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Ability to create clear documentation and process flows.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate with development teams. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
- Candidates with academic projects, internships, or certifications related to Business Analysis will be preferred.
- Freshers with solid analytical and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
