We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Cloud & Infrastructure to work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Business stakeholders across APAC and AMER regions.

The role will span both Platform and Applications layers of the infrastructure stack. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product leadership, and technical engineering teams, helping translate business requirements into well-defined Epics, user stories, and actionable sprint deliverables.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a valuable understanding of cloud, infrastructure, platform engineering, and DevOps concepts.

Key Responsibilities1. Requirements & Intake Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming business and technical intake requests across APAC and AMER.
- Engage with requestors and stakeholders to understand and clarify:
- Business requirements
- Scope and priorities
- Expected outcomes
- Dependencies
- Acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to convert business initiatives into well-defined Epics.
- Break down Epics into clear, actionable, and sprint-ready User Stories.
- Define measurable and unambiguous acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Ensure requirements are properly documented, prioritized, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

1. Agile Delivery & Sprint Support

- Support Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Work with Product Managers and Engineering teams to maintain a healthy and prioritized product backlog.
- Ensure user stories are adequately refined and ready for sprint execution.




- Track sprint progress and proactively identify:
- Risks
- Blockers
- Dependencies
- Delays
- Capacity constraints
- Coordinate with Engineering Managers to monitor team capacity and delivery commitments.
- Track and report Agile metrics such as:
- Sprint velocity
- Burndown
- Backlog health
- Delivery progress
- Dependencies and risks
- Run or co-facilitate Daily Stand-Ups (DSUs) across different time zones when required.

1. Stakeholder & Program Support

- Act as a bridge between Business, Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders across APAC and AMER.
- Follow up with Public Cloud and Enterprise Hybrid Cloud (EHC) teams on outstanding actions, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Prepare concise, business-friendly status updates, dashboards, and reports for leadership.
- Communicate complex technical information in a clear and business-oriented manner.
- Assist Product Managers in maintaining and communicating product roadmaps.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and ensure action items are tracked through completion.
- Proactively escalate critical risks and dependencies to the appropriate stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Experience working within infrastructure, cloud, platform engineering, applications, or technology environments.




- Strong hands-on knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with enterprise Agile/project management tools such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple intake requests, priorities, dependencies, and action items simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Hands-on exposure to public cloud platforms such as:
- AWS – EC2, VPC, S3, RDS
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Understanding of hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments.
- Experience working directly with Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps teams.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology transformation or cloud migration initiatives.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and modern application platforms.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Certifications such as:
- CSM / PSM – Certified Scrum Master
- CSPO – Certified Scrum Product Owner
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
