Job Title: Business Analyst

Domain: Capital Markets (Equities & Fixed Income/Securities Lending)

Location: Offshore, India (Any Infosys DC)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Global Markets initiatives on Agency Securities Lending, working closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in Equities and Fixed Income trading and settlements , Securities Lending and experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with onshore Lead PO and analyze, document business and functional requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Manage and prioritize requirements using JIRA and/or RTC .
- Develop business process models and workflow diagrams using Visio or similar BPM tools .
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.




- Track project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Equities and Fixed Income trading and settlement processes or Securities Lending (Preferred) .
- Experience with trade lifecycle, post-trade processing, and operational workflows.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and/or RTC for backlog and requirement management.
- Proficiency in Visio or equivalent process modelling tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Positive understanding of project management principles and stakeholder communication.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within Capital Markets.
- Experience working with global/onshore-offshore teams.

Preferred

- Exposure to SQL, data analysis, and Securities Lending domain
- Knowledge of trading platforms and market operations.
