The Business Analyst is responsible for capturing, analyzing, and translating business requirements into effective and scalable solutions. This role supports strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights, enhancing business performance tracking, and ensuring successful implementation of business solutions.

The Business

Analyst works closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, monitor key business metrics, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes.

Overall

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various functions.
- Conduct requirement workshops and discussions to understand business needs and objectives.
- Perform gap analysis and impact assessments for new initiatives, process changes, and system enhancements.
- Define business requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Validate delivered solutions against business expectations and requirements.

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and management information systems (MIS) to support decision-making.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams,



and project stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals.
- Communicate business requirements, project updates, and analytical findings effectively.
- Present business insights, recommendations, and project progress to senior management.

Documentation & Presentation

- Prepare comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), process documentation, and analysis reports.
- Create skilled PowerPoint presentations for management reviews and business discussions.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all business analysis activities and project documentation

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related discipline.
- MBA, PGDM, or Postgraduate qualification in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Management, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in banking or financial services
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Charts, Dashboards, Data Analysis)
- Microsoft Power BI (Dashboard Development and Data Visualization)
- Microsoft PowerPoint (Executive Presentations and Reporting)
