About the Role

Bocxy Technologies Private Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern/Fresher to support ERP and software implementation projects. The intern will work closely with Business Analysts, project managers, development teams, and clients to understand business requirements, prepare project proposals, create documentation, and support requirement analysis activities.

The role involves preparing professional business documents, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), process workflows, and project proposals. The intern will gain practical exposure to ERP solutions, business processes, client requirements, and software development lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

- Assist Business Analysts in gathering and analyzing business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client business processes, workflows, challenges, and operational requirements.
- Participate in requirement discussions and prepare requirement notes and summaries.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Support Business Analysts in defining project scope, objectives, and solution approaches.
- Assist in identifying gaps between existing processes and proposed solutions.

Proposal Preparation & Pre-Sales Support

- Assist in preparing current project proposals, solution documents, and client presentations.
- Prepare proposal content based on client requirements and business discussions.
- Support creation of project scope documents, feature lists, implementation approaches, and timelines.
- Research industry practices, business processes, and ERP solutions to support proposal development.




- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information for proposals.
- Assist in preparing client-facing documents and presentations.

Documentation Activities

- Prepare and maintain:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
- User Stories and Use Cases
- Process Flow Documents
- Workflow Diagrams
- Meeting Minutes and Action Items
- User Manuals and Training Documents
- Prepare detailed SRS documents covering:
- Business requirements
- Functional requirements
- User roles and permissions
- System workflows
- Business rules
- Acceptance criteria
- Integration requirements
- Document As-Is and To-Be business processes.
- Create process maps and workflow diagrams.
- Maintain project documentation repositories and ensure documents are updated regularly.
- Ensure documentation quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree (final year students or fresh graduates) in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
- MBA students specializing in Business Analytics, Finance, Operations, or Systems are preferred.

Required Skills

- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand and document business processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn ERP systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of BRD, FRD, SRS, Use Cases, and User Stories
