About The Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum) to join our agile team at JRD Systems. This role is pivotal in managing and delivering complex technology projects that align with our strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will serve as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards. Your expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies will facilitate seamless collaboration, continuous improvement, and efficient delivery of value-driven solutions.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management and business analysis within technology-driven environments. A proven track record of successfully delivering technical projects involving application development, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise integrations is essential.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, SDLC, and project delivery methodologies. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Azure DevOps is required. Additionally, a good grasp of APIs, system integrations,



data flows, and basic SQL will be advantageous.

Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are critical for success in this role. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or PRINCE2 will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities As a Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst at JRD Systems, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk assessments, issue resolution, dependencies, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, including development, QA, DevOps, product owners, and business stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitoring project progress through dashboards and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Managing change requests with impact analysis and securing necessary approvals to ensure project stability.
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements via BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
- Conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions to elicit detailed requirements and current state analysis.
- Performing impact analysis and maintaining requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translating business needs into functional specifications to guide development teams and support UAT and solution validation.




- Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize and refine product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Tracking sprint progress, identifying impediments, and enabling timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and global teams.
- Communicating project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies effectively across all levels of the organization.
