Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Jaipur.

The Business

Analyst will work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support the design of effective software solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting process analysis, mapping workflows, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and preparing reports and presentations for management and project teams. The role involves close collaboration with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.





The Business

Analyst will also participate in testing activities, support change management, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Proficiency in creating functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams using relevant tools.
- Ability to interpret data, prepare clear reports and dashboards, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with software development and UI/UX teams to translate business needs into practical, user-centric solutions.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management and facilitation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile) are a plus.
- Comfort working on-site in Jaipur, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in IT or software development projects is preferred; exposure to web or mobile application projects is an advantage.
