Gurgaon (travel readiness outside home residence is important)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Work as a Business Analyst / Scrum team member to support Agile delivery teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
- Manage and track requirements using JIRA and other ticketing tools.
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, review, and retrospective meetings.
- Prepare process documentation, BRDs, FRDs, SOPs,



and workflow diagrams.
- Create presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis / Scrum / Agile environment.
- Strong experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA or other ticketing/project management tools.
- Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology (Scrum Master exposure is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of websites and digital platforms (functional flow, UI/UX concepts preferred).
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in Scrum, Agile, or Business Analysis (CSM, PMI-PBA, CBAP) is a plus.
- Experience working with product teams or IT development teams.
- Exposure to tools like Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, or similar documentation tools.
