Role & responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Management of CFM and AWARE projects:

- Organizing and conducting meetings for each project (Kick Off, Follow Up, Go/No Go)
- Coordinating with Business Line, Technical Engineers and other project actors
- Demonstrating good understanding of the Functional aspects of the application in order to answer Business Line questions
- Meeting deadlines for deliverables and project steps.
- Keeping Project Manager appraised of issues that affect the project and the deliverables of the project
- Ensuring that the project and organization standards are followed during various phases of the project

Contributing Responsibilities
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for SUN Fircosoft and AWARE implementation.
- Assisting in data mapping, user acceptance testing (UAT), and the creation of end-user training documentation.




- Supporting client onboarding by bridging the gap between business needs and technical configuration.

- Ability to present multiple solution options
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a easy concise manner in English in writing or speech
- Ability to work with remote teams
- Multi-tasking capabilities.
- Attention to details
- Adjust to other timezones (LATAM, etc) as the program evolves.

Nice to Have

- Work experience in Atlassian JIRA for work management
- French notions
