Position Summary

To be a driven business analyst who can work on complex Analytical problems and help the customer in better business decision making especially in Pharma (domain).

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs across commercial, medical, and compliance functions • Document as-is / to-be processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements • Analyze gaps between legacy Veeva CRM (Salesforce) and target Vault CRM; recommend process and configuration changes • Support migration scoping: data elements in scope, business rules, legacy behavior to retain vs. retire • Maintain requirements traceability from user story through design, build, test, validation, and migration • Support UAT — prepare test scripts, coordinate UAT cycles,



triage defects • Create training materials, user guides, and process documentation for end users transitioning from legacy CRM • Act as Product Owner proxy in Agile ceremonies when needed

Education

Bachelor of EngineeringMaster of Computer Application in Information Technology or Computer

Work Experience

0-5 years of relevant experience in a large/midsize IT services/Consulting/Analytics Company Business Operation & Technology
