Responsibilities
- Lead Guided Requirement Discovery Workshops.
- Capture, document, and validate customer requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications (FSD).
- Work closely with TC, Engineering, and Solution teams.
- Ensure readiness before development begins.
- Identify scope gaps and align stakeholders early.
- Support UAT and customer validation.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience as a BA in integration / SaaS environments.
- Robust documentation and analytical skills.
- Experience working with APIs, identity, or HR systems.
- Ability to run structured customer workshops.
