Cerebrox HR Academy is a quick-growing training institute dedicated to helping students build successful careers through industry-focused HR and professional development programs. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for sales and business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying prospective students and institutional partners, generating leads, conducting follow-ups, explaining our training programs, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

You will also work closely with the marketing team to execute lead generation strategies and support the academy's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities





- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
