About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Brokerage Domain SME to provide strategic and business domain expertise for our engagement with client. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders across multiple business units to understand current processes, identify transformation opportunities, and define a 12-month business enhancement roadmap focused on AI, data, and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a deep understanding of client's business functions, processes, and strategic priorities.
- Engage with stakeholders across various business units to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Define and prioritize high-impact business use cases that can drive operational efficiency, customer experience, revenue growth,



and risk optimization.
- Create a comprehensive 12-month business enhancement roadmap aligned with Kotak Securities' business objectives.
- Recommend innovative AI, analytics, automation, and data-driven initiatives relevant to the brokerage and capital markets domain.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to assess the feasibility and business value of proposed initiatives.
- Provide ongoing domain guidance during solution design and implementation discussions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ideal Profile

- 10+ years of experience in the Brokerage/Capital Markets industry.
- Strong understanding of brokerage operations, wealth management, trading platforms, customer lifecycle, compliance, and regulatory processes.
- Proven experience in business consulting, transformation initiatives, or strategy roles within a brokerage or financial services organization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate business challenges into actionable use cases and strategic initiatives.
