Role Description The Brand Solutions [Influencer Marketing] role is a full-time remote position responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies for diverse brand partners. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and evaluating suitable influencers, coordinating campaign briefs, and managing end-to-end campaign workflows.

The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their marketing objectives, crafting tailored proposals, and optimizing campaign performance through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities also include maintaining solid relationships with influencers and partners, tracking deliverables, monitoring social media trends,



and preparing regular performance reports and presentations. This position requires close cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and build professional relationships.
- Practical experience in influencer marketing and brand collaboration, with a focus on campaign planning and execution.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, platform algorithms, and content trends across major channels (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook).
- Background in public relations and stakeholder management to coordinate with clients, agencies, and creators effectively.
- Sales and negotiation skills to develop brand solutions, pitch campaigns, and secure partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics, generate insights, and optimize performance.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in influencer or social media marketing.
