Brand Services Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for driven, self-starter professionals to join our Brand Services team in Delhi, working across marquee integrated clients. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and business—requiring solid ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment while embodying the Leo DNA (curiosity, collaboration, and a hunger for great work).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day account operations, including cross-functional coordination and workflow management
- Decode client feedback and drive projects from brief to final execution with high attention to detail
- Support campaign development, presentations, and delivery across platforms
- Build strong understanding of brand, category, and competitive landscape through market visits and research
- Track estimates,



invoicing, and financials (approved/unapproved budgets, outstanding payments)
- Document meetings, maintain project hygiene, and ensure seamless internal communication
- Assist in writing briefs and gradually take ownership of basic brief development
- Contribute to recent business pitches (3–4 annually)
- Build dependable client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness

What We’re Looking For
