We’re looking for a Brand Manager to sit at the heart of our marketing operation. Someone who owns campaign execution, manages our creative team, coordinates with our agencies, and keeps everything that goes out into the world looking and sounding like Hivado.
We’re a startup. That means you will have complete ownership of your function from Day 1.
What you’ll own?
? End-to-end campaign execution from brief to live
? Managing our design team, social media content lead, and interns
? Day-to-day coordination with our performance marketing and PR agencies
? Identifying and executing brand collaborations and co-marketing partnerships
? Maintaining the campaign calendar, creative asset library, and brand consistency across every touchpoint
? Weekly reporting to our Co-Founder on brand and campaign performance
Who we’re looking for:
✅ 1 to 2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a creative agency
✅ You have coordinated across teams or agencies before, even in a junior role
✅ You are extremely organised. Timelines, briefs, and follow-ups are your natural language
✅ You understand what a brand looks and sounds like and you notice when something is off
✅ You move fast without dropping quality
✅ Genuine interest in men’s grooming, fitness, or lifestyle categories is a big plus
