Role Summary

As the Brand Anchor & Content Presenter , you will be the primary on-screen personality for NIAD Group. You will create, host, and present engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn Video Updates) representing our various business verticals across India and international markets.

This role requires a blend of journalistic poise, acting/hosting charm, and modern digital video storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Camera Presenting: Act as the primary anchor, host, and brand face for daily Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and corporate brand videos across all NIAD Group business verticals.
- Scripting & Ideation: Brainstorm trending ideas, write catchy scripts, and adapt tone based on the audience—from polished B2B corporate messaging to high-energy consumer content.
- Content Production: Collaborate with our media/marketing team to shoot, direct,



and rapidly edit short-form vertical videos (using mobile editing tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Rush, or InShot).
- Interviews & Coverage: Host on-screen Q&A; sessions with company leadership, conduct team highlight reels, cover product/service launches, and represent NIAD at corporate events.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual and verbal messaging aligns with NIAD Group’s premium standards in both English and Hindi.

Who We Are Looking For

- Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, Performing Arts (Theatre/Acting), or Digital Media .
- Camera Confidence: Exceptional screen presence, natural expressions, explicit voice modulation, and dynamic posture on camera.
- Bilingual Fluency: Effortless communication in both English and Hindi (ability to switch between formal B2B English and conversational, engaging Hindi/Hinglish).
- Short-Form Video Expertise: Strong understanding of Instagram Reel formats, hooks, trending audio, and mobile video creation.
- Personality: High energy, adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable interacting with diverse business teams daily.
