About the Role

This is not a conventional Brand Manager role. You will own how the market experiences EMPOR.

From our website and thought leadership to sales collateral, employer branding, digital campaigns, content strategy, and marketing performance—you’ll be responsible for building a marketing engine that reflects the quality of work we deliver every day.

You will work directly with the leadership team and have the prospect to shape the brand of one of India’s fastest-growing B2B marketing companies.

What You’ll Own:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

- Strengthen EMPOR’s brand across every customer, client and talent touchpoint
- Drive consistent messaging, positioning and storytelling across all channels
- Build category authority through thought leadership, research and original content
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing, sales and corporate communications

Website & Digital Growth Our new website is one of EMPOR’s most important strategic investments.

You will own its long-term success.

Responsibilities include

- Managing and continuously improving the corporate website
- Planning new landing pages and conversion journeys
- Working closely with our website partners and developers
- Driving SEO strategy and organic growth
- Publishing and managing case studies, blogs and customer stories




- Optimising user journeys through data and analytics
- Improving website performance and conversion metrics

Content & Thought Leadership Build a scalable content engine that positions EMPOR as a market leader.

What We’re Looking For

- 5–8 years of experience in Brand, B2B or Growth Marketing
- Experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, B2B marketing or agency environments
- Excellent writing, storytelling and communication skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO and content strategy
- Experience managing websites and marketing assets
- Comfortable interpreting analytics and turning insights into action
- Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is preferred
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing and content creation is a strong advantage
