Role Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end branch operations related to Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) cases, ensuring accurate system processing, compliance with internal policies, and timely loan disbursement. The role involves coordination with internal teams, legal and technical vendors, and customers to facilitate seamless loan processing while maintaining complete documentation and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform system entry and processing of Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) applications with high accuracy.

- Manage the complete loan disbursement process by ensuring all pre-disbursement conditions and documentation requirements are fulfilled.

- Verify and review legal reports to ensure property title, ownership, and legal compliance before loan approval and disbursement.

- Examine technical valuation reports to validate property details, valuation, and eligibility as per organizational guidelines.

- Scrutinize property-related documents, including title deeds, sale agreements, registration documents, tax receipts, approved building plans, occupancy/completion certificates, and other statutory documents.

- Coordinate with legal advocates, technical valuers, sales teams, credit teams, operations teams, and customers to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth case processing.

- Maintain proper archival and record management of physical and digital loan files in accordance with regulatory and organizational policies.





- Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements, risk management policies, and regulatory guidelines during loan processing.

- Monitor pending cases and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of documentation and disbursement.

- Identify and resolve documentation gaps or operational issues to minimize processing delays.

- Maintain accurate MIS, operational records, and documentation for reporting, audit, and compliance purposes.

- Support branch operations by ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Robust knowledge of Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) operations.

- Expertise in loan processing, system entry, and disbursement procedures.

- Understanding of legal and technical due diligence for property-backed loans.

- Knowledge of property documentation and mortgage creation processes.

- Familiarity with document archival and record management practices.

- Good understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and operational controls.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in banking systems, Microsoft Excel, and operational reporting.

- Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting turnaround time (TAT) and quality standards.
