Requirements

6+ years of experience in sales (preferably in chit fund / NBFC / finance sector)

Experience in team handling and branch operations

Strong sales and target achievement background

Good knowledge of collections and customer handling

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in a target-driven workplace

Key Responsibilities

Drive branch sales targets and business growth

Generate new business through customer acquisition and local market development

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and collection team

Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement

Develop and implement sales strategies for branch growth

Build and maintain strong customer relationships





Ensure timely collections and minimize defaults

Identify new business opportunities in the local market

Track branch performance and prepare reports

Handle customer queries and escalations effectively

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Coordinate with head office and internal teams

Conduct field visits and support team in closing deals

Take ownership of sales targets by engaging in field activities when required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
