We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager with 8-13 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry to lead our branch operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage branch staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8-13 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in financial analysis and performance metrics evaluation.
