The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the branch. This role involves leading a team to offer various products and services of the organization along with ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
o Lead the establishment, development, and scaling of Business in Ahmedabad by driving market expansion, acquiring recent clients, and building a sustainable business o Identify, connect with, and onboard new HNI & UHNI clients through personal networks,
referrals, and market outreach o Recruit, train and mentor a team of relationship managers and other sales staff to achieve individual and branch goals.
o Develop new relationships and enhance the depth of existing relationships with retail and
HNI clients.
o Identify, cultivate and manage client relationships to provide a comprehensive suite of services and products tailored to client’s needs.
o Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to enhance team capabilities.
o Implement operational policies and procedures in line with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
o Address client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch revenue goals.
o Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and stay competitive.
o Ensure all branch activities comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
o Conduct regular audits and assessments to mitigate risk and maintain compliance.
o Analyze branch financial reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
o Stay informed about market developments, emerging trends, and investment products.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that attract new clients.
o Organize workshops, seminars, and networking events to enhance client engagement and market presence.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in the brokerage or capital market, with a minimum of 2-4 years in a leadership role.
Licensing: Relevant licenses and certifications (e.g. NISM) are required.
