Role & responsibilities

- Ensure exceptional customer service, proactive sales setting and efficient branch operations, while adhering to regulations/compliance requirements

- Overseeing branch operations and its overall functionality.

- Focus on retaining existing customers, increasing the customer base and cross selling products and services.

- Oversee branch operations, cash management and service quality.

- Monitor daily performance of branch staff.

- Supervising critical areas such as new business development (both retail and institutional), sales channel expansion, team development, and revenue generation.

- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales

- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities

- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.

- Meet goals and metrics.

- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately

- Bring out the best of branchs personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation





- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.

- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.

- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.

- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

- Team sales target.

- Maintain the EMI Collection.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 4 to 8 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Microfinance sectors.

- Proven experience in branch operations, sales, business development, and team management.

- Strong track record in achieving business targets, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth.

- Experience in EMI collections, compliance, cash management, and customer service.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to drive branch profitability, team performance, and operational excellence.
