Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Bhopal.

The Branch

Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient delivery of counseling and consulting services to students and institutional partners.

Responsibilities include managing and mentoring branch staff, setting and monitoring performance goals, and maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with educational institutions, organizing events and outreach activities, and driving branch-level business development and enrollment targets.

Manager will also handle budgeting, reporting, compliance with company policies, and local market relationship-building to strengthen the branch’s presence and performance.

Qualifications • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising teams and fostering a cooperative, performance-driven environment.

- Operational management capabilities, including branch administration, process improvement, and handling budgets, reports, and compliance requirements.
- Business development and relationship management skills to build partnerships with schools, colleges, and international institutions, and to drive student enrollment.
- Customer service and counseling-oriented mindset, with the ability to engage students and families, understand their goals, and ensure a positive experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in English and local languages, and strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, manage multiple priorities, and make data-informed decisions in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Relevant experience in education consulting, overseas education, training, or related sectors is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
