- Maintain operational hygiene: cash/vault control, EOD, documentation and record keeping
- Achieve robust audit ratings; close observations within timelines; zero tolerance for breaches
- Plan manpower, coach and review staff; run performance and succession routines
- Monitor P&L; levers (yields, fees, cost-to-income) and execute corrective actions.
