Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the branch in Patna in a full-time, on-site capacity. This includes overseeing customer service, managing branch staff, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role involves driving business growth through deposit mobilization, loan acquisition, cross-selling banking products, and developing local market strategies.

The Branch

Manager will monitor branch performance metrics, handle escalated customer issues, manage risk and audit requirements, and ensure accurate reporting.



The position also requires mentoring and developing team members, fostering a high-performance culture, and representing the bank within the local community and key stakeholder groups.

- Relevant experience in branch banking, financial services, or a related domain is highly beneficial.
