Job Summary

Responsible for achieving branch sales targets, managing the showroom team, ensuring smooth showroom operations, maintaining inventory and documentation, handling customer concerns, and coordinating with the Service, RTO, Finance, and Head Office teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business

- Achieve monthly, weekly and daily vehicle sales targets.
- Monitor individual Sales Executive performance.
- Track enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, cancellations and conversions.
- Improve test ride and booking conversion.
- Drive finance, insurance, accessories and other cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct daily sales review meetings.

2. Team Management

- Supervise Sales Executives and showroom support staff.
- Allocate daily leads and responsibilities.
- Monitor attendance, discipline and productivity.
- Train and motivate the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.

3. Customer Management

- Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
- Handle escalated customer complaints.
- Monitor customer follow-up and feedback.
- Ensure proper vehicle demonstration and test-ride processes.

4. Stock & Vehicle Management

- Monitor vehicle stock and model/colour-wise availability.




- Coordinate vehicle allocation and transfers.
- Ensure proper PDI and vehicle readiness before delivery.
- Monitor ageing stock and take corrective action.
- Maintain accurate stock records.

5. Delivery & Documentation

- Ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with RTO, finance and insurance teams.
- Verify delivery documents and customer records.
- Ensure DMS/system updates are completed accurately.

6. Showroom Operations

- Maintain showroom cleanliness and brand standards.
- Ensure proper display of vehicles, accessories and promotional materials.
- Monitor daily cash/receipt and administrative activities as applicable.
- Ensure company SOPs and audit requirements are followed.

Qualification & Experience
- Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales or showroom operations.
- Robust team-handling and customer-handling skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of DMS/CRM and basic MS Office.
- Two-wheeler industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
