Key Responsibilities1. Boutique Operations

- Manage the daily operations of the jewellery showroom.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain showroom ambience, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

1. Sales & Business Development

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase walk-in conversions and repeat business.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value customers.
- Promote recent collections, festive offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.

1. Customer Relationship Management

- Deliver exceptional customer service and luxury buying experiences.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain customer databases and loyalty programs.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales services.

1. Inventory & Stock Management

- Monitor jewellery inventory, including gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone products.




- Coordinate stock audits and physical verification.
- Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward stock movements.
- Minimize stock loss and ensure inventory accuracy.

1. Commercial & Financial Management

- Monitor daily cash collections, billing, and banking activities.
- Review sales invoices, purchase records, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with finance for reconciliations and MIS reporting.
- Monitor profitability, operating expenses, and business KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with GST, invoicing, and internal financial controls.

1. Team Leadership

- Supervise showroom executives, cashiers, and support staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and allocate responsibilities.
- Train employees on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Conduct performance reviews and motivate the team to achieve targets.
