Job Summary

We are looking for a Booking Operator to handle shipment booking, docket preparation, system entries, and day-to-day logistics documentation. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and generate dockets in the company system.

- Enter customer, shipment, weight, destination, and other consignment details accurately.

- Process daily booking and dispatch entries in the logistics software.

- Check shipment details and ensure there are no errors before booking.

- Print and maintain dockets, labels, invoices, and other required documents.

- Coordinate with the operations, dispatch, pickup, and delivery teams.

- Update shipment status and maintain proper records.

- Prepare daily reports and update Excel sheets.





- Maintain proper filing and documentation of shipments.

- Follow company SOPs and ensure timely completion of bookings.

Candidate Requirements:

- Education: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

- Experience: 0-1 years in logistics, courier, transport, dispatch, booking, or data-entry operations preferred.

- Computer Skills: Good knowledge of computers, MS Excel, MS Word.

- Valuable typing speed and accuracy.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle multiple bookings and work under pressure.

- Strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
