* SALARY 30000-40000 Per month WITH ATTRACTIVE INCENTIVE

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing Bodyshop operations, ensuring quality repairs, achieving revenue targets, maintaining TAT, and delivering high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee denting, painting, accident repairs & workflow.
- Manage insurance claims, surveyor coordination & documentation.
- Ensure high-quality repairs and final vehicle inspection.
- Improve TAT, productivity & workshop efficiency.
- Lead and supervise technicians & bodyshop advisors.
- Achieve monthly revenue, profitability & CSI targets.
- Maintain OEM process compliance & safety standards.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Graduate in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–7 years experience in Bodyshop operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of body & paint work.
- Good communication, customer handling & team management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
