Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain BMC Remedy applications and workflows.

- Configure and support BMC Remedy ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, and Service Request Management.

- Develop Active Links, Filters, Escalations, Menus, Forms, and Applications using Remedy Developer Studio.

- Perform application enhancements, bug fixes, and performance tuning.

- Integrate Remedy with third-party systems using APIs, Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Atrium Integrator.

- Create reports, dashboards, and data management solutions.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and documentation.

- Work closely with business users, support teams, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.

- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and best practices.

Required Skills





- 28 years of hands-on experience in BMC Remedy Development.

- Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy AR System and Remedy ITSM Suite.

- Experience with Remedy Developer Studio and workflow components.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management concepts.

- Experience in Remedy integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Web Services, or middleware tools.

- Valuable understanding of SQL databases and data migration activities.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with BMC Helix ITSM.

- Knowledge of Atrium CMDB and Atrium Integrator.

- Exposure to Linux/Unix environments.

- Experience in enterprise support and managed services environments
