Experience: 3-8 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver BlackLine implementation, optimization, and support engagements.
- Work across modules such as Account Reconciliations, Transaction Matching, Journals, Smart Close, and Intercompany.
- Conduct client workshops, gather business requirements, and design future-state finance processes.
- Configure, test, and deploy BlackLine solutions.
- Support ERP integrations with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- Drive UAT, hypercare, training, and stakeholder management activities.
- Prepare client deliverables, presentations, and project documentation.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in BlackLine implementation (Account Reconciliations, Transaction Matching, Journals, Smart Close, Intercompany).
- Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Close, Reconciliations, and Journal Management.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, SAP S/4HANA,



Oracle Fusion/EBS, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Solid finance transformation, process improvement, and consulting skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Preferred:
- Experience in Big 4 Consulting, GBS, or Shared Services environments.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Signavio, Celonis, or process mining tools.
- BlackLine Certification preferred.
- CA/CMA/ACCA/CPA preferred.

Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, BBA, B.Tech, CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
