What You’ll Work On

- Smart Contract Development: Build, test, and deploy smart contracts on EVM-compatible blockchains (Ethereum, XDC, Polygon, BSC, etc.).
- DApp Development: Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate smart contracts into web3-enabled applications using React / Next.js and web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js).
- Blockchain Integration: Work on wallet connections (MetaMask, WalletConnect) , token transactions , and NFT or DeFi modules.
- Security & Optimization: Write secure, gas-optimized , and auditable Solidity code.
- Testing & Deployment: Use Hardhat , Truffle , or Foundry for testing, debugging, and deployment on testnets/mainnets.
- API & Backend Integration: Work with backend engineers to integrate blockchain data via RPC calls , APIs , and indexing services .
- Research & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends in Web3, DeFi, and Layer 2 technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in blockchain development or smart contract engineering .
- Proficiency in Solidity and JavaScript/TypeScript .
- Strong understanding of EVM architecture ,



gas optimization , and smart contract security .
- Experience with Hardhat , Truffle , or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with web3.js , ethers.js , and REST APIs .
- Knowledge of IPFS , ERC-20 , ERC-721 , and ERC-1155 token standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or related field.

The Ideal Candidate

- Passionate about blockchain, decentralized systems, and Web3 innovation.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Understands blockchain security principles (reentrancy, overflow, front-running).
- Comfortable collaborating with UI/UX, backend, and DevOps teams.
