Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver biology lessons to students at secondary level, ensuring effective learning outcomes.

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to meet curriculum requirements.

- Foster a positive classroom workplace that promotes active participation, critical thinking, and creativity among students.

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching methods and improve overall academic performance.

- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Biology (B.Sc) or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Postgraduate diploma in Bed (Teaching - Secondary Education) or equivalent qualification required.

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Biology teacher at secondary level; preference given to candidates with relevant experience.
