Antixx TechHub is looking for an experienced BMC Helix Discovery & BMC Helix Client Management (BCM) SME to join our Enterprise Infrastructure & BMC Helix Practice. If you have hands-on expertise in BMC Helix Discovery, BMC Helix Client Management (BCM), CMDB Integration, Automation, Kubernetes, and Enterprise Infrastructure Management, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and administer BMC TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA) and BMC TrueSight Network Automation (TSNA) in On-Premises environments.
- Design and implement server provisioning, OS deployment, patch management, software deployment, and configuration automation.
- Configure network device backup, configuration management, compliance policies, firmware upgrades, and automated remediation using TSNA.
- Develop automation jobs, workflows, compliance templates, deployment packages, and orchestration processes.
- Integrate TSSA and TSNA with BMC Helix ITSM, BMC Helix CMDB, and other enterprise platforms.
- Deploy and manage automation components on Kubernetes and support deployments using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Design, implement, and maintain High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and DC-DR environments.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, and automation scripting.
- Perform upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, performance tuning, capacity planning, and environment health checks.
- Prepare solution architecture, implementation documentation, deployment plans, operational runbooks, and technical documentation.
- Mentor technical teams and collaborate with Infrastructure, Network,
Security, Cloud, and Application teams to deliver enterprise automation solutions.

- Experience with BMC Helix Discovery, BMC Client Management (BCM), and BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM) integration.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and enterprise automation frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise compliance and configuration management.
- BMC Certifications will be an added advantage.
