NWe are looking for a BIM Modeler with mandatory Scan-to-BIM experience to develop accurate Architectural and Structural BIM models from point cloud data. The candidate should be proficient in Revit and familiar with BIM coordination workflows.

NKey Responsibilities

- Create Architectural and Structural BIM models in Revit from point cloud data.
N
- Develop accurate as-built models following project requirements and LOD standards.
N
- Perform point cloud-based modeling and quality checks.
N
- Create and manage Revitfamilies.
N
- Conduct clash detectionand coordination using Navisworks.
N
- Prepare and review drawings in AutoCAD.
N
- Use Bluebeam for markups and documentation review.
N




- Coordinate with projectteams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.

nRequirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
N
- 1–2 years of Scan-to-BIM experience (Mandatory).
N
- Experience working withpoint cloud data (RCP/RCS/E57).
N
- Knowledge of Architectural and Structural modeling.

- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
