Technical Manager – BIM/CAD

Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Technical Manager – BIM/CAD to join our Water & Environment team. The role involves leading BIM/CAD deliverables for large-scale infrastructure, water, and wastewater projects while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage BIM/CAD activities for infrastructure and water projects.
- Develop and review drawings, models, and project deliverables as per client standards.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design models and resolve clashes using Navisworks/BIM tools.
- Train and mentor team members on BIM/CAD standards and project workflows.
- Manage BIM data and Common Data Environment (CDE) throughout the project lifecycle.




- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and BIM/CAD standards.
- Support project planning, technical issue resolution, and documentation management.

Required Skills & Experience

- Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering
- 12+ years of experience in BIM/CAD for infrastructure projects
- Solid hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, MicroStation, corridor modeling, pipe networks, surface & alignment creation, and utility design using Civil 3D
- Experience in water, wastewater, utility, and roadway projects
- Good knowledge of BIM coordination tools like BIM 360, BIM Track, and Revizto
- Understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM workflows
- Strong communication, coordination, and team handling skills
