The role is open for all three locations: Indore, Nagpur, and Noida.
Role-
Lead Mechanical & Plumbing BIM delivery across international projects while ensuring high-quality models, multidisciplinary coordination, model quality, and compliance with client and company BIM standards.
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Lead Mechanical & Plumbing BIM model development and project delivery.
- Develop and maintain Mechanical & Plumbing BIM models for HVAC, piping, drainage, water supply, fire protection, and related systems in accordance with project BIM standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.
- Develop, review, and maintain Revit MEP and Revit Fabrication models while ensuring proper utilization and management of fabrication databases in accordance with project standards, manufacturer content, and company BIM standards.
- Perform discipline-specific QA/QC reviews of Mechanical & Plumbing BIM models, ensuring compliance with project requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and applicable US codes and standards prior to submission.
- Review Mechanical & Plumbing models for constructability and compliance with applicable US codes and standards, including ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC, UPC, NFPA,
and client-specific design requirements.
- Develop and maintain Revit families, templates, and project content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to BIM standards.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate fabrication spools and spool drawings to support off-site fabrication and efficient site installation.
- Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks and Revizto.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, construction documentation, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in coordination meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Mentor junior BIM Engineers and support Assistant BIM Coordinators.
- Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
Skills Preferred-
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–8 years of Mechanical & Plumbing BIM Modelling and Coordination experience.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Autodesk Revit Fabrication, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ACC/BIM 360.
- Robust understanding of BEP, CDE, LOD, QA/QC, and ISO 19650.
- Experience delivering US, UK, or Middle East projects.
Technical Expertise-
- HVAC, Chilled Water, Condenser Water, Ventilation, Smoke Management, Mechanical Equipment & Plant Rooms.
- Domestic Water Supply, Sanitary & Storm Drainage, Vent Systems, Fire Fighting, Pump Rooms, Underground Utilities, Pipe Supports & Sleeves.
- Mechanical & Plumbing fabrication, spooling, builder's work, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Working knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC, UPC, NFPA, and other relevant international standards.
