BIM Electrical Engineer

Location: Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹5-7 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for a BIM Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in Revit MEP, Electrical BIM modelling, and Bus Duct modelling . The candidate should have positive knowledge of electrical power distribution systems and BIM coordination. Data Center experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop Electrical BIM models using Revit MEP .
- Model and coordinate Bus Duct / Busway systems , including routing, bends, joints, tap-off boxes, and equipment connections.
- Model cable trays, conduits, lighting, power distribution, and electrical equipment .
- Coordinate Electrical services with Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Structural, and Architectural services.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks .
- Prepare Electrical shop drawings, sections, details, and schedules.
- Update models based on design revisions, RFIs, and site inputs.




- Assist in preparation of as-built BIM models.

Required Skills
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering .
- 2–4 years of experience in Electrical BIM / MEPF projects .
- Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP .
- Mandatory: Bus Duct / Busway modelling and coordination experience.
- Good knowledge of electrical power distribution, LV/MV systems, cable trays, and containment .
- Knowledge of MDB, SMDB, PDU, UPS, Transformer, DG, and Switchgear .
- Working knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection .
- Ability to read Electrical drawings and SLDs .

Preferred
- Data Center project experience.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM standards.
