NAre you a BIM-savvy Architect with a passion for international project delivery? We're looking for a skilled BIM Architect to join our Architectural & Interior BIM team and work on exciting projects across the US, UK, and Canada — right from our Jaipur office.

NAbout the Role

nAtRdT Technology, you'll be part of a multi-disciplinary BIM team delivering high-quality architectural documentation and design outputs for international clients across Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, and Commercial sectors.

NKey Responsibilities

- Develop and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit for architectural and interior design projects across multiple sectors
N
- Produce comprehensive project documentation including construction drawings, schedules, and coordinated BIM deliverables
N
- Interact directly with international clients (US, UK, Canada) to analyse the virtual construction process and enhance project delivery
N
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for model integrity and clash detection using Navisworks
N
- Mentor and train juniorarchitects on BIM platforms and Revit best practices
N
- Review and validate BIMoutputs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client protocols
N




- Maintain transparent and proactive communication with international stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

nRequirements

n

N
- B.Arch. degree — mandatory (only candidates with a formal architecture degree will be considered)
N
- 1+ years of hands-on professional experience in architectural BIM modelling and documentation
N
- Proven experience on offshore/international projects for clients in the US, UK, or Canada — essential
N
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
N
- Navisworks experience is a strong advantage
N
- Excellent written and spoken English — confident communication with international stakeholders is a must
N
- Exposure to Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, or Commercial sectors is highly desirable
