NPosition Name: BIM Architect

NYears of Experience: 2-10 Years

NLocation- Jaipur, Rajasthan

NQualification- B.Arch/M.Arch

NJob Roles and Responsibilities:-

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and define architectural preferences and spatial requirements.
N
- Develop architectural designs from concept through Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD) phases.
N
- Lead and support the creation and iteration of design models and drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
N
- Recommend design modifications and enhancements for constructability and compliance.
N
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and quality of BIM models across project phases.
N
- Identify design-stage discrepancies and escalate to BIM Coordinators for resolution.
N
- Maintain BIM standards,guidelines, and model health.
N




- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, vendors).
N
- Attend and contribute to project meetings, ensuring alignment between architectural design and project goals.
N
- Create compelling visualizations using Lumion for presentations and stakeholder approvals.
N
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
N
- Manage the transition from design to execution, ensuring alignment with project goals.
N

nRequired Skills & Experience:

N

n
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp;

working knowledge of Lumion is a must.

- Strong design interpretation and conceptualization abilities.
N
- Experience in international projects, particularly across Middle East, India, APAC, and NOAM.
N
- Sound understanding of architectural detailing, construction methodology, and industry standards.
N
- Proven experience in project coordination and stakeholder communication.
N

nPreferred Background:

N

n
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
N
- 2+ years of experience in BIM-led architecture roles.
N
- Previous experience in Airport/Commercial/Retail Real Estate design and execution is preferred.
