Role & responsibilities

- Experience in billing, invoicing, and documentation.

- Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, stock handling, and dispatch procedures.

- Proficiency in MS Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.

- A responsible, disciplined, and proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Graduate/Diploma in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: 13 years of experience in billing, invoicing, warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.





- Candidates with experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics environments would be preferred.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and maintaining reports.

- Hands-on experience in billing, invoice generation, stock entries, documentation, and dispatch coordination.

- Basic understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation, GRN, dispatch processes, and warehouse documentation.

- Strong attention to detail with accuracy in maintaining inventory and billing records.
