Ø Checking of ongoing processes as per the standards. Verification of all check points and rectification/ reworking of activity to required specifications and make joint JMR / Levels & take sign of Architect / Consultant.

Ø Complete check of incoming material (self or third party as applicable) & check points for various activities from Excavation till Completion for reconciliation purpose.

Ø Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors

Ø Participate in the site internal and external site audits. Control all non-compliance reports and undertake remedial action

Ø Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company management for quantity verification purpose.

Ø Pre Activity: Carried out regular calibration of machineries/ measuring equipments and Check points for inspection of material, machinery etc

Ø Correct interpretation of the BOQ / Specifications of the bid document.





Ø Detailed study of the bid document and highlighting the clauses affecting the project user.

Ø Documentation maintained in sequential manner.

Ø Handling over of all documents to execution team after award of work.

Ø Preparation of bills as per the BOQ and quantity executed on site for the same period.

Ø Sit with clients / architects, engineers and check the bill in scheduled time and forward it for payment. To send scan copy of the same to Accounts / HO / Directors.

Ø Maintain correct post bid submissions.

Ø Any other tasks assign by management or reporting authority

- Ø Timely reconciliation of BOQ quantities & actual execution & preparing excess / saving statement at intermediate level of every billing.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
